TopShipping Information:Shipping is done within 1 to 2 business days, during peak seasons may be 3. Shipping is not available to addresses outside of the Continental United States. This also means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Please note that shipping can not be done during holidays or weekends. If an item is visibly broken upon attempted delivery by courier, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Please contact the courier and Papa's Bargains within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise that is broken by the courier.
Please note that once we ship the item, the package is in the possession of the "courier" and other than providing you the tracking information, providing contact information for the courier, and contacting the courier on our end, our abilities have limits. Packages/orders can be delayed by courier error, fire, crime, and/or acts of God.

TopWarranties:Items sold as new are exactly that, New. These items will arrive in that condition or item is eligible for a full refund of the sale price, if a replacement is not available. We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the manufacturer may be contacted with any warranty concerns. Many items contain warranty information from the manufacturer inside the packaging. Items not received as described in their description page are eligible for a full refund of the sale price if no replacement is available. Please see "Return Policy".
Pyle, Pyramid, Lanzar, Pyle Pro, Blitz Audio, and Legacy items may only be returned for defects within 15 days of shipment. After this 15 day period, the manufacturer can be contacted for warranty information. We are an Authorized Dealer. They will be glad to help you any way they can.
Please note that since Papa's Bargains is not an authorized dealer for some of the items sold on this site, some manufacturers will not honor said warranties. This is the way that some manufacturers attempt to control the way some items/products are sold and at which price they are sold. Purchasing an item from an unauthorized dealer/retailer usually results in a lower overall price. In order to further your savings, Papa's Bargains also sells Refurbished(Reconditioned) items. These items have been reconditioned to new specifications by factory trained technicians. These items carry varied warranties which are specified in the item description. All the refurbished / reconditioned items on our site can be identified by the following symbol:

Refurbished / ReconditionedHand tools, paints, blades, bulbs, other expendables, etc. are not covered by this warranty. All USA Made Products, Power Tools or Electric Tools have a Limited Time Warranty specified on the product description. Items damaged due to the customer's inappropriate use, negligence, and intentional misuse are not covered by said warranty. In addition to this statement, all notices and restrictions posted in the particular item's description apply.

Software, Neon Signs, Neon Clocks, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Video Games, DVD's and other "Media" are also non-returnable. Due to health concerns, health and beauty items, ie personal care items, including, but not limited to hair removal items and massagers, that have been used, cannot be returned or exchanged for warranty purposes under any circumstance. Once "personal care" items have been used, any warranty concerns must be addressed with the manufacturer directly.
TopReturn Policy:We stand behind every product we sell, and its description. Items sold as new will arrive at your shipping address in that condition or they are eligible for replacement. You have 72 hours (three calendar days) to contact us if item was received broken, dead, or simply not matching its description. You can contact us about receiving a broken, dead, inoperational item via email, or phone using the contact information above. You do not have to speak to someone in order to state a claim. Simply email us order information and concern or simply leave a message if unable to get a customer service rep on the phone. If the item is eligible for return, you will be given an RGA(Return Goods Authorization)#. Upon receipt of an RGA #, simply return the item to us within 10 days via prepaid insured parcel post to the address provided with your RGA #. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier you use in the return process. Please note: RGA #'s cannot and will not be granted over the phone.

If original buyer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, he/she may return the item for a refund of sale price minus a 20% stocking/handling fee after requesting, and receiving an RGA(Return Goods Authorization) Number. The request to return an unwanted item that was received in working order must be received within 3 business days of delivery of said order/package. Upon receipt of an RGA #, simply return the item to us within 10 days via prepaid insured parcel post to the address provided with your RGA #.
Declining / Refusing a delivery from the courier is considered an unwanted return and is therefore subject to the 20% stocking/handling fee. In addition, the 20% restocking fee would also apply for refusal to accept replacement of a broken/dead item(s) that is in stock.

Special Refund / Return Policy for Cell Phones Only:
This policy is applicable ONLY to the return of cell phones and cell phone accessories. This policy will not apply to any other merchandise in the product catalogue provided to you (the customer) by Papa's Bargains / papasbargains.com. For the policy on all other merchandise, please refer to the additional product return policy provided.
Without exception, no item may be returned without prior authorization in the form of an RGA number provided by customer service at Papa's Bargains.
DOA cell phones: For the return of any Dead On Arrival cell phone, Papa's Bargains must be notified within 72 hours (three calendar days) of the delivery. This type of return may come back only for exchange without exception.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Papa's Bargains has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Member must contact Papa's Bargains to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a full refund issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Papa's Bargains must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within 72 hours (three calendar days) of the delivery. In addition the incorrect item must remain in its complete original condition, be unused, and at the point of return contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all accessories protective coverings and packing materials.
Please note: The cell phones offered on papasbargains.com are international models and will hold no manufacturer warranty. Select models may be taken to a nearby manufacturer service center to be serviced at the recipient’s expense.
If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent to the customer at their expense.
